Yet another Soenen Caps in Dillingen.

On the 20th of januari 2012 another Soenen Caps machine entered the factory floor of the Dillinger Fabrik Gelochter Bleche (DFGB).
The Soenen Caps, weighing almost 80 tons origins from England. With it’s tonnage going as high as 200 tons it can perforate sheets of 2 x 5 metres, 20mm thick.
As this machine uses quite large tools for it’s kind, it is one of the most efficiënt machines in it’s class. The Dillinger Fabrik Gelochter Bleche now has 4 of these top notch machines, each capable of perforating sheets up to 2 x 5 metres, some with a tonnage going as high as 315 tons!
Through this purchase the Dillinger Fabrik Gelochter Bleche is Europe’s definite leading company when it comes to perforating.

The Dillinger Fabrik does not stop here. With their large machinepark they also offer lasercutting sheets up to 6 metres long. This ofcourse all happens in line after flattening and cutting perforated sheets. Their lasercutters can cut sheets of 2 x 6 metres, with a thickness of 25mm stainless steel.
